It has been challenging both operationally and emotionally for any taxi business owner but we can see that with vaccine rollouts underway and more countries starting their programmes every week, there will be a return to some normality in 2021. 

With this in mind, is it time to think strategically about how to future-proof your business to ensure that you are in the best possible position to take advantage of all available opportunities when the time comes?
