Established in 1975, A1 Cars has been a core transportation service for the Bury St Edmunds community for generations, maintaining contracts with local government and councils, hospitals and local businesses. The company is the largest in the area and services a wide variety of job types.

Now under new ownership, A1 Cars is embracing new technology to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency. Sherlock Taxi dispatch was chosen in part due to its modern, intuitive and reliable customer app that provides accurate, live and traffic-informed response times / ETAs.
