Taxis Verts, Belgium merges with Sherlock client Husk and migrates entire car fleet to Sherlock

Sherlock continues growth and expansion in Benelux region with Taxis Verts

Sherlock client Husk (formerly CarASAP) launched in 2015 as a credible alternative taxi business for corporates looking for a reliable and professional service at a reasonable price point. Launching with a handful of vehicles, the company grew to 30 vehicles within the first year of trading and has continued to expand with the help of configurable, innovative dispatch from Sherlock which uses intelligent algorithms to allocate jobs in the most efficient way possible for the fleet as a whole, maximising productivity and profitability.

Following several years of growth and success, Husk has recently merged with Taxis Verts and both were purchased by Lab Box, a D’Ieteren Auto company (a family owned group quoted on the Belgian Stock Exchange), operating in Belgium. At the time, Taxis Verts were using a proprietary software solution which was limiting the business’ potential due to technical issues with the customer app and allocation, and a lack of clarity in accessing data to make informed strategic decisions.

We’re delighted to announce that in Q1 2023, Taxis Verts successfully implemented Sherlock Taxi as their new booking and dispatch management system and the business is already benefiting from increased automation and management information.

The new group is now expanding rapidly on a national scale and aim to become a leader in mobility in Belgium.
